~My Top 5 Must Have Beauty Products~

As flawless as I like to look, my full beauty regimen is kind of long and impossible for me to do everyday. However I always keep my staples handy and manage to use these more frequently than others. Here are my February "Must Have Beauty Products! ** PRODUCT LINKS IN THE NAME OF EACH ITEM**

1) Makeup Shayla Contour Palette

This contour palette by Makeup Shayla is everything! I remember a few of my friends and myself counting down the seconds for this palette to drop while on our Slaycation in Cabo. The tones in this palette actually compliment those of us with darker skin tones. There is another product that looks just like this and even has the same name "Tartist" but is for people with less melanin so be sure to get the one that is best for your skin tone.

2+3) Mask of Magnamity Face and Body Scrub

If you want a smooth glowing face and body, this is the mask to use. I use this product for face and body so I'm listing it twice. It smells like peppermint and I am not being dramatic, but you can actually feel your pores opening and cleaning themselves out. I purchased the self preserving version of this item. The sales girls told me it was less harsh, however it is a very strong mask in general so I would suggest that everyone gets the self preserving version. I leave mine on for about 6-7 minutes (That's all my face can really take). The standard is 10-15minutes. It dries like a clay so be prepared to use really hot water and a little bit of elbow grease to get it off. It is a little uncomfortable when removing it being it does have the exfoliating factor but, overall well worth it.

4) NYX Ombre Lip Duo ~Hollywood and Wine~

I usually rock a pink, brown, or burgundy lip. All year I switch off between these 3 colors. This is my current color so, I wanted to add it to my favorites. I used this so much that I ran out of the Wine color. To be fair though there is way more lip color than liner in this product. Now I use a burgundy liner by Color Pop with this Hollywood pink color. It is very pigmented and easy to ombre so it easily made it's way on my list. Plus my boo likes it... so you know.😏

5) NYX HD Studio Photogenic Primer

Last but definitely not least is this beauty! Currently I am using a Matte foundation, and for the longest I could not get it to look right on my face. I hate wasting stuff so I decided to try this primer under it and see if it would add a little moisture to the dry matte look and it did. In the colder months (in Texas, its more like colder days) I like to use matte products because it just vibes better. This product gives you an even base, helps in preventing creases and also makes your make-up last longer. I do 12 hour days constantly and when I use this primer it keeps me looking fresh longer than usual.
